When designing the paper-plastic paper holder, it is also necessary to pay attention to: according to the performance characteristics of the basic structural elements of the paper holder and the environmental protection paper holder, the structural design of the paper holder can be stopped. The design points are analyzed as follows.

1. Fix the support surface. This is the most fundamental point in the structural design of the paper tray, and the fixed support surface can be determined according to the requirements of the packaged product, the external dimensions and the internal dimensions of the outer packaging. For example, to design a paper tray package for electrical products, the length, width and corresponding structure of the paper tray can be determined according to the outer dimensions of the package and the internal dimensions of the outer packaging, and thus the fixed support surface of the paper tray can be determined. .

The elasticity of the paper support material itself is not high, mainly depends on the design of the reinforcing ribs of the product and the buffer cavity formed by it. The design of the cavity and the reinforcing ribs plays a vital role in the elastic deformation of the paper support, that is, the buffering ability. , and the fundamental basis for the design of the cavity and reinforcing ribs is the shape and use of the product itself. In the structural design of the paper support, a cavity is set to ensure the dynamic buffering performance of the paper support, and reinforcing ribs are set to increase the strength of the paper support itself.

Several cavities with simple appearance and good dynamic buffering performance are evenly distributed in the paper-plastic paper support structure, which plays the role of buffering, stability and improvement of strength. Problems such as strength reduction can be solved by setting up several or symmetrical reinforcing ribs. The setting of cavity and reinforcing ribs should fully consider the problems of convenient production, simple processing and even distribution, and evenly dispersing the gravity of the product.
